So the question I see often from many different people is if they are able to have children after they have injections or start on pills for estrogen? This is a Most sought-after thing for those who want children and others not so much.

Honestly, the most direct answer is of course is “I don’t know” or maybe but each person is different and that may only be determined by the individual that actually has the hormone changes. So like, let me bring to you the facts and experiences that I have had and how it has affected my entire well-being on being Sterile or Not.

I will start off by saying that like I have been on hormones for a good length of time, somewhere between 3 and 4 years I believe since and well things have been a roller coaster ride emotionally but that honestly doesn’t affect anything down there in the “Yaya Zone”.

So like, at the beginning nothing really changed; things were normal and stuff still functions the way it was supposed to, I mean I was barely a few months into having my hormones so nothing was expected. Well as time went on of course things begin to start to change. The cum that was produced was much less than it originally was and that was only about 6 to 8 months into hormones. The cum went from a bitter milky white, to have a milky white texture with a lot less being produced after only a few months.

Well over the course of the next few years, Yes! I am skipping ahead to the here and now. The amount of cum that was produced had slightly increased but the texture had lost its glories lovely white texture and became a very sweet visible clear fluid that seems to have almost no “Sperm” floating inside. The fluid itself appears to have no amount of fertility left in it by appearance alone.

Honestly, because of the hormone injections the “Yaya Zone” didn’t even perform like normal anymore. I was very shocked by the erectile dysfunction that I was clearly informed about, but was this was a blessing?

Yes! Yes it was a blessing.

So like, if you're wanting to know if you are sterile or not, the answer is most likely that if you stay true to your regimen of hormones you will eventually not be able to produce enough “Viable Sperm” to get someone pregnant, not saying that there is none produced but the quantity is drastically less to the point of almost none.

So like in the end, I say with a non-bias or judgment decision and of course with no medical proof that the answer is officially medically approved. But I believe I can say with confidence that “NO, you are not fertile”. After a long time on hormones, I have not been able to get anyone pregnant which may back my claim up or not.

However, much medical evidence out there has the same supporting evidence that backs up that majority of Trans folks who go on Estrogen lose the ability to have children.

Please be aware that before you start any hormone regimen that you should consider saving your sperm in a sperm bank before you start if you have plans to have children in the future from your bloodline.

So like, I would like to end with the information that having surgery or any other medical surgery will alter the results drastically. So please accept my opinion and understand I am not a medical professional.
